William Grant

Lawyer William Grant brings more than 35 years of experience to the table. As one of the area’s leading attorneys in family law and juvenile law, his accomplishments include:

• Selected by his peers as a Missouri Super Lawyer every year since 2013

A tireless advocate for children, Mr. Grant has served as a guardian ad litem (court-appointed advocate for children) for more than 35 years. He has also maintained a high level of civic involvement in various professional and nonprofit organizations, most recently as a board member of Caring for Kids, a Missouri-based nonprofit.

Henry Miller

Henry “Hank” Miller is expert in representing clients in family law matters, especially those with complex assets and high net-worth. He has extensive training in mediation and believes that not all divorces need to be lengthy, expensive court battles. Indeed, working out an amicable settlement of a case often leads to better outcomes and less acrimony. Hank also serves as a guardian ad litem in divorce cases, representing the best interests of the child. He has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers every year since 2015.

Greg Smith

Lawyer Greg Smith brings a unique background to criminal defense. In addition to a law degree, he holds a master’s degree in forensic science from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Smith previously served as a DNA analyst for the Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory in Maryland, where he earned a Noble Eagle award for his work identifying the remains of victims of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Mr. Smith’s extensive experience with DNA analysis, lab testing procedures and other biological evidence serves as a distinct benefit for the firm’s criminal defense clients.

Mr. Smith also serves as a member of the Criminal Justice Act Lead Panel of attorneys for the federal Eastern District Court of Missouri. He recently completed a course in DWI detection and standardized sobriety testing, an in-depth training sponsored and approved by the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration). In addition to criminal defense, Mr. Smith also handles juvenile law matters.
