William Margulis

William S. Margulis – Principal

A graduate of Washington University School of Law, William Margulis has practiced Federal and State criminal defense for more than 20 years.

  Margulis is a member of both the Missouri and Illinois Bar and a member of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri; U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois; Illinois Capital Trial Litigation Bar; and the Seventh and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (NACDL) a member of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (MACDL) and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.

 After graduating from law school in 1990, Margulis served for a year as a law clerk for the Honorable John F. Nangle, Federal Court, Southern District of Georgia. When he is not in the courtroom, Margulis competes in triathlons, marathons and ironman competitions.
