William P. Grant – Principal
For nearly 35 years, William Grant has helped countless area families through complicated and sensitive divorce, child custody and juvenile court cases. A graduate of Washington University School of Law, Grant has served as a St. Louis County Court-Appointed Guardian Ad Litem since 1978 and received the St. Louis Family Court Guardian Ad Litem of the Year Award in 2001.
A tireless advocate for local children and families, Grant is president of the board of directors of Caring for Kids, a non-profit organization that provides for the essential needs of children in the St. Louis metropolitan area court systems, as well as a member of the executive committee of the St. Louis County Council on Family and Domestic Violence. He also serves as an attorney for parents participating in the St. Louis County Family Court S.A.F.E.T.I. (DRUG) program.
Grant has a long history of civic involvement in St. Louis as a former member of St. Louis County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates (for children)) Board of Directors, former St. Louis County Family Court - Truancy Court Program Judge in Hazelwood School District, former member and Chairman of the St. Louis County Civil Service Commission, and former member of the board of directors of Deaconess Hospital.
Grant’s generosity and caring for children extends far beyond local borders. He serves as a member of the board of directors for One World Family, a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance and services for children in South Africa with or impacted by AIDS.
